Ingredients:

1 prepared whole wheat pizza crust (12-inch)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (low-sugar if desired)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup smoked Gouda cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

Olive oil spray


Directions:

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and lightly spray with olive oil.

Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

Distribute the chicken evenly over the sauce.

Top with mozzarella cheese, red onions, and smoked Gouda if using.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
