Ingredients:
2 fresh tuna steaks (about 200g/7 oz each)
1 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 small head of butter lettuce or romaine (leaves separated)
1 small cucumber, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro or mint leaves, for garnish
For the sauce (optional):
2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp honey (optional, for balance)

Instructions:
1. Marinate the tuna
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger, and garlic.
Place tuna steaks in the mixture and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Sear the tuna
Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over high heat.
Sear tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes per side, leaving the center rare (adjust if you prefer more cooked).
Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
3. Prepare the sauce
Mix yogurt (or mayo), sriracha, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl. Adjust spice to taste.
4. Assemble the wraps
Place a few slices of tuna in the center of each lettuce leaf.
Add cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper.
Drizzle with spicy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Garnish with cilantro or mint leaves.
5. Serve
Arrange on a platter and serve immediately as a light appetizer or healthy meal.
