Raspberry Lemonade Recipe
Here’s a refreshing and fruity Raspberry Lemonade recipe-perfect for summer days, parties, or just a sweet homemade drink!
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
4–5 cups cold water
Ice, for serving
Lemon slices and extra raspberries, for garnish (optional)
Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions:
Make Raspberry Puree:
In a blender, combine raspberries with 1/2 cup water.
Blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional for smoother lemonade).
Make Lemon Syrup:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar with 1 cup of water.
Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
Combine Lemonade:
In a large pitcher, mix together:
Fresh lemon juice
Raspberry puree
Cooled sugar syrup
2 to 3 more cups of cold water (adjust for sweetness and tartness)
Chill and Serve:
Add ice to the pitcher or individual glasses.
Garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and mint leaves if desired.
Tips:
Use sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy twist.
You can substitute honey or maple syrup for sugar.
For a frozen version, blend everything with ice.
