Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts (butterflied and halved, or use 4 thin cutlets)
½ cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic (minced, optional)
1 cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

Instructions:
