Ingredients:

1 kg (2 lbs) chicken wings
2 tbsp cornstarch (or baking powder for extra crispiness)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)
