4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar (or lime juice), sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

2. Marinate the Salmon
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.
Pour the marinade over the salmon, coating evenly.
Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator (not too long, or the fish may get too salty).

3. Grill the Salmon
Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
