Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Tuna Patties:

Tuna Patties
Ingredients:

2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (or regular mustard)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, and garlic.
Add in the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
Shape the mixture into small patties (about 6-8, depending on size).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and a side salad.
Use in sandwiches or burgers with lettuce and tomato.
